Refunds

The Pre-MBA Program tries very hard to give each student a great learning experience; however, if for some reason the student must leave the program early, the Pre-MBA program offers the following refund policy:

  • If a student withdraws from an ALP session before the session start date, a full tuition refund less a $255 administrative fee will be issued.
  • If a student withdraws on or after the first day or within 25% of a session, 65% of the session tuition will be refunded.
  • After two weeks for any entry period, no refund will be given for withdrawal.
  • The following fees are non-refundable: ALP and CSUF application fees, Health Center fee, and Non-Curricular fee.

*The refund policy is subject to change without notice.

Explanation of Costs

The tuition and fees are set costs that are charged each term. Health insurance is required. It costs $86 per month for students 30 years old or younger or $109 per month for students 31-49 years old. For more information see the insurance page.

Housing can cost from $600 - $1350 per month per person – the housing numbers provided here are estimated. You can save money by sharing an apartment with another student. Jessica Hammond in the International Student Services office will be happy to answer your questions and help you find housing. For more housing information see the housing page.

Transportation costs should also be considered. There are many apartments within walking distance of the university but occasionally, you'll need to take public transportation.
