Student Activities
As a part of the American Language Program, students have the opportunity to learn American Culture through a variety of activities/. These include fun and relaxing outings such as a trip to a Southern California tourist attraction; parties to celebrate an American tradition or holiday; on-campus picnics; on-campus arts, music and theater events; movies; and sports events. Conversation partners, staff and faculty always attend the activities to give students an opportunity to practice their English outside of the classroom.

Campus Activities and Events
Every semester the campus has many activities for students. The Associated Students Office is responsible for most of the campus activities – noontime concerts, international fairs, guest speakers, outdoor art fairs, evening movies, and many other events.
Campus Clubs
Joining a club is a great way to have fun and make new friends. There are many clubs on campus and they all welcome new members. The ALP staff will be happy to help students find a club that best suits you.
